After the Nitro show we had tickets to the musical festival that was in town! Pat and Dash hooked us up! As soon as MVC’s were done, we ran to the car and headed for the festival! Wheelz, Jaz, Elle, Josh, Beaver, Ethen and I were so excited! We made it just in time for The Kooks, Temper Trap, Tegan and Sara, and Flume! It was such a fun time! We were all dancing and singing, Wheelz even did a “Wheelchair Crowd Surf!” It was epic! So many people and so much music talent! After the last song played we rushed to our car to get out of traffic and made an appearance at the Newcastle Nitro after party! We chatted with Bilko, Crum, and Jed Mildon, then retired to the hotel for some sleep before driving Nate Adams to the airport the next morning. Such a memorable night!
