Sunshine Coast, Australia
Today we woke up early and headed on a bus for the Sunshine Coast show! We were all so excited, but I was probably the most excited because tonights show I had the opportunity of hosting STEVE IRWINS SON AND BEST FRIEND!! AHH I was (still am) freaking out! They were so nice and such humble, sincere people! Steve’s best friend, Wes, even gave me his business card! We exchanged stories and he told me how he was attacked by a crocodile and, had Steve Irwin not jumped in after the croc, he would have died! (He even showed me the scars!) This was such a great experience for me tonight, and I have to admit I was a bit star struck because I loved the Crocodile Hunter show! As for the Nitro side of things, Josh tried his first double backflip on a trike and almost landed it! THE FIRST TIME! So proud! Also, (a very SAD also) Kollyn broke his ankle jumping off the mega ramp in practice.:( We were so sad! He is so inspiring however, because no matter what happens he has a smile on his face and is cracking jokes left and right! Love that boy! The after party later that night was nothing too exciting, we ended up grabbing an ice cream and heading for bed before 10:00! An incredible day to say the least!
